The unique My Toto feature gives architects, designers, and consumers the ability to save product information in personalized folders, quickly print specifications and parts manuals, and view installation guides to ease in selection of TOTO products. Showroom inventory was tightly integrated in Salesforce to allow anyone to easily see if a product on display in showroom is available or if similar products are offered.
